My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cha Cha is a sweet little senior spitfire (aro 10+ years) who may not see and hear like she used to, but still loves exploring the great outdoors and then settling in for a good snooze!

She’s an independent soul who forges her own path as she goes, and gladly welcomes other calm, easy-going dogs and cats along for the ride. Her partial blindness and hearing loss does cause her to surprise and startle easily, so she will need a patient family who will help her navigate safely (we’re recommending children over the age of 10).

She’s been eating special UR wet food which she loves! She doesn’t mind being crated, and even goes there for naps sometimes.

Cha-Cha is partially blind, she receives daily eye medications. She does see shapes and can get around fine once she figures out the lay-of the land. She was donated a Halo for added safeness while in the yard. She loves walks and would do well with an active family.

She’s just waiting on her dental surgery, which will be completed prior to adoption. All other medical has been taken care of. She has a 2/3 grade L side heart murmur that does not need medications at this time and has been cleared for anesthesia during dental, eye medications, complete lab work up, vaccinations and fully vetted.
