Hi there, I'm Keeva and I am on the search for my forever home!

I came to puptown girls 6 months ago when I was brought into a local shelter as a stray. I had a bad reaction to heartworm treatment and next thing I knew I was being rushed to the vet for emergency fluids. I was once a very timid girl, pancaking every time I left the house or heard a loud noise. I have come a long way in 6 months and now I am ready to find my forever home to continue working with me!
I have come a really long way, but there are still things that make me afraid like loud noises or children, so I would do best in a home that is quiet and relaxing without children. I have been working on warming up to strangers and do good when theyre in the house. Usually if another dog tells me something is okay, I am much more apt to do it. My foster family thinks I will do best in a home with a large, outgoing, male dog who I can play with and can help me feel more confident. I would also really like a fenced in yard to run and play in! I do great with the cats in my foster home and they were my first friends when I moved in. I am a sweet girl with a lot of love to give and I know a quiet, calm, understanding forever home is out there for me! Could it be with you?
