Hana is looking for a home in Great Vancouver !
Because of the limited resources and insufficient number of local fosters in Vancouver, our dogs usually get adopted online.
Our dogs are fostered in Taiwan and this location is shown on the left top corner of their bio.
If you understand and like to adopt our dogs online, please fill out the application to start moving forward.
Please note: Due to the measure of the pandemic, the flights coming to Vancouver have been suspended until July. We expect our flight volunteers to bring our dogs to the country when they have a home.

Meet Hana !
- 5 years old / 18 kg / 40 lbs as of July 2020

- Formosan Mountain Dog Mix
- Super friendly, obedient
- Good with other dogs, adults, strangers, children and cats

Hana was abandoned in the front of a convenience store where no one fed her or provided the water. Her ribs could be easily seen.
She was fortunate to be noticed by a Samaritan, also a foster brought her home to be taken good care of. Hana is gentle to children, affectionate to people. Due to her age, she is calm, suitable for a family with young children, not interested in cats . She does not jump or lunge.
She gets along well with every dog.
She will do well for most families. We are looking for a family who understands the responsibility of owning a dog, and has time to walk Hana.

We are foster-based and volunteer-run rescue. We do not have a physical location or set hours for you to meet the dog and it does take time to answer each inquiry. All dogs are in foster homes either in Taiwan or Vancouver.
