My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

this is lori, a jack russell mix i rescued from a gassing shelter in north carolina at the last minute. she is a sweetheart that loves other people and dogs, she is housebroken and not a barker at all, she is not hyperactive like jack russells are known to be, however she does love playing with other dogs (she loves my shep mix) so i prefer her to go to a home with another dog so she will have a playmate. she is up to date on all her shots, dewormed and on monthly flea/tick preventative, she tested mildly positive for heartworm and is currently under treatment and will be available for adoption in 2 weeks, she will make a great addition to any family.
