Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Some people say that you shouldn't get a pet if you can't commit for 10-15 years. I disagree. If you can't commit long-term, ADOPT A SENIOR!!!
Maybe you have a 5 year plan. In 5 yrs, you'll be moving, starting a new job, having kids, etc. You know your schedule will be to crazy for a pet. That doesn't mean you can't give a senior a wonderful life for the few years or months that they have left. SENIORS ARE THE BEST! They are typically low energy and won't chew up your favorite shoes. Yes, it's sad to say good-bye in the end but can you imagine how sad they are to be homeless and unwanted???
Well, without further ado...
Welcome Moose to Humphrey House!
Moose is a senior (12-14 yr old) male chihuahua. He's a little overweight at 5 pounds. He is just the sweetest little boy ever. All he wants is to cuddle.
Moose is current on vaccines and he will be microchipped soon. He needs to be neutered and receive a dental cleaning BUT he does have a heart murmur. I will need to discuss with our vet if anesthesia is an option or if it's to dangerous. I will accept whatever our vet feels is best.
Please send us a message or call/text 667-967-2700 to give sweet Moose a nice quiet home to spend his golden years.
