Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Skyler came to our facility as a stray. Someone had tied her to a tree in the pouring rain. She LOVES humans! She can't get enough of human interaction but she does not like other dogs, well other pets for that matter. Skyler is a very jealous girl and would like for you to only love her.
