Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sara is the sweetest little hound dog as she is the runt of the litter and constantly has her little nose to the ground. It’s safe to say Sara loves learning tricks for treats, playing with squeaky toys, cuddling and pets, going on walks with her big girl harness and sleeping by the fire on a big pillow every night.
Within the first two days of being with us Sara learned “sit” and is very food and praise motivated. She is one smart pup! She does well with bath time, and is potty trained!
Sara does best not kenneled and free to roam. She is an active dog and enjoys daily walks to keep that nose of hers busy.
She does great with other dogs as she currently has a large black lab foster sister. And she also really enjoy the freedom of a fenced yard to roam. Sara is estimated to be one year old and 24 lbs. Since we don't know at all what doggy genes are in the dogs make up (we don't know who mom and dad are!), we are just guessing on breed.
All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They have all had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer, are treated for fleas, have a heartworm test if over 6 months old and are up to date on a heartworm preventative.
