Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sherlock
Breed: Havanese
Birthdate:10/26/17
Adoption donation: $400
Location: Springfield area
Contact: missy@havaheartrescue.org
Sherlock is a 12 pound, 2 year old havanese boy looking for his forever home. Sherlock spent the first years of his life in an Amish puppy mill, so his adopter will need to be patient while he adjusts to life in his new home.
Sherlock’s favorite thing is laying on the couch next to his people and getting his tummy or ears rubbed. He would lay on the couch all day if he could. He also loves going for walks with his harness. Sometimes he is so happy he wants to run the whole time. Sherlock has done well with other dogs as long as he doesn’t get jumped on. He has not been tested around cats or children, but needs to be in a home where all family members understand to go slow at first as he will take time to trust.
He likes sleeping in the bed with his foster family and stays in a large crate during the day while unsupervised. He gets let outside at lunch time. He is still working on potty training, but has done considerably better since his neuter.
