We have not had a chance to get to know this amazing girl. We do know she is protective of her person and is very leary of men. She has had to have tplo surgery and may need her other leg done later in life.

TPLO, or tibial-plateau-leveling osteotomy, is a surgery performed on dogs to stabilize the stifle joint after ruptures of the cranial cruciate ligament. In the vast majority of dogs, the cranial cruciate ligament ruptures as a result of long-term degeneration, whereby the fibres within the ligament weaken over time.
