My story

Meet Sammy, this 3 year old Cairn Terrier blend is about 14lbs of sweetness. His foster mom tells us that he is calm and quiet. He is friendly with other dogs but can get overwhelmed when there is a lot going on. He would do best in a low key quiet home with an owner ready to give him plenty of love! This dog was rescued from a kill shelter or the streets and has been evaluated for medical and temperament to prepare for a forever home and is in a foster home in San Antonio, Texas* and is ready to fly to its final destination once adopted. The adoption fee of $800 covers spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and air transport. Please email Emily at adoptions@caretx.org if you have any question.
