Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Cash! He is a happy, loving, rambunctious boy who loves every person he meets. He's the perfect medium-sized dog weighing in at just over 36 pounds. We don't know what breed he is – but he has the ears of a Boston Terrier and the energy of a Jack Russel.
He has a lot of energy and is very bouncy. At about 1 year old he is still young and mouthy. For these reasons, he would do best with older children. He needs an active family that will help him expel that energy so he can be a good boy. A doggy sibling to play with would be great to help with that. He gets along well with other dogs with proper introductions. He gets along best with more submissive dogs as he has a more dominant personality. He LOVES to play with toys – and to steal them from his foster siblings! He's a chewer so he will need plenty of chew toys.
He is working on crate-training, but does have anxiety about the crate. This causes him to drool excessively, which may be able to be mitigated with medication. He has sensitive skin so he takes Benadryl every day. He is house trained but needs to be let out every 1 to 2 hours when not crated. He holds it in the crate for the workday. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines.
Cash is available for adoption through Pet Tales Rescue in Grand Rapids, MI. Please go to www.pettalesrescue.com and fill out an application. His adoption fee is $235 plus $15 for the microchip for a total of $250 payable by cash or card through the rescue's website.
Thank you for adopting, not shopping!
