My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Nester was found wandering the streets in Texas, he was cold, hungry and very dirty. He was picked up and taken to the local pound where he sat in his kennel waiting. Shelter worker reached out for help and through some great partners, he and some of his friends went from unwanted to rescued. A wonderful groomer in Texas donated her time and gave little Nester a haircut. Everyone was wowed by his transformation, we think he was wowed the most. He could finally move, and run and even smile. Nester is a super great little guy, he weighs about 10 lbs. After his groom we think he has Poodle, Maltese, and maybe some Cavalier Spaniel in him, but most of all he is a lot of cute in him. Nester likes other dogs and is a very spunky guy. He is hoping for a family that will take him in and love him forever. If you would like to meet Nester please fill out an application at

Nester’s adoption fee is $350.00 - Nester has an appointment to be neutered (Low Riders will have him neutered before he goes to his new home), up to date on all his vaccinations and chipped.
