My story

Buster MacPaws is a beautiful senior yorkie who is 13 years old and weighs an itty bitty 6 pounds. He is being fostered in Bradenton, FL.

UPDATED BIO 02/14/2020: Buster is a sweet and gentle senior boy who has been in his foster home for a week. He was sadly surrendered by his former owners because there were several young children & a new-born in the home, and they were unable to provide little Buster MacPaws with the attention he deserved. All Buster needs is a soft place to lay his head with the love and care every dog deserves.

Buster loves to sit on his person's lap or sit next to them. He is a big-time cuddler. Even though Buster is 13 years old, he is a very fit and active senior fella who loves to go on walks. He also loves to run and follow his person all over the house - he is very dedicated to his humans. Buster will run to the door to let you know he needs to go outside to do his business, but it will take him a few days for him to learn the routine in his new home. He listens very well and knows basic commands like come, sit, stay, etc.

Buster likes to sleep in his little crate, and when he hears "time for bed", he will run and get into it. He gets along fine with other dogs - any size - but would also be happy to be the one and only prince in the home. Buster MacPaws will bring a lot of love and happiness to the lucky family who adopts him. Although his former home had young children and he did very well with them, due to his small size he cannot be adopted into a home with children under the age of 12 years old.
