My story

Winston is such a happy and lucky little boy. He gets along with all other dogs. He is very social and just wants to be loved. His owners dumped him in the parking lot of a shelter where one of our volunteers happen to be pulling in. When asked why they were dumping their 2 dogs they said they were moving into an apartment and couldn’t take them. This particular shelter in San Bernardino is has an 85% euthanasia rate but the owners didn’t seem to care. Winston got very lucky that our volunteer was just entering the parking lot and saved him as he would have most certainly been put to sleep if he was to be admitted to this shelter. He is doing so well considering his story. He just wags wags wags his tail non-stop and is so happy to have you pet him. He loves to give you kisses when you pick him up.
