This is Jenny, she is a diamond in the rough! We rescued her from south of the border. She actually has been sitting in a rescue down there for 6 months, but because she is not the prettiest to look at the little rescue in Ensenada was just not getting any interest on her. So we decided to take her up here into our rescue as I truly know that there are a lot of caring people out there that see past the 'not so pretty' appearance. Jenny had come into the shelter in Ensenada in terrible condition. But after spending time there and being cared for she became 'beautiful'. Her fur has grown back everywhere but her face. And that is still coming in. She is healthy, happy, active and very very affectionate. She plays fetch and just loves to run as you can see in her youtube videos:
If you can see past her “elephant man” appearance and see the true beauty inside then you should meet her! She gets along great w/other dogs and doesn’t mind cats either.
