My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chloe is an 8 year old Yorkie recently released from a commercial breeding facility. She is learning to live the pampered life of a pet discovering soft, warm beds and toys. Chloe requires a resident dog in her forever home and a securely fenced yard. Chloe is 99% potty trained! She is super smart and equally as sweet! She absolutely adores her walks!

She is easily frightened by loud noises like motorcycles and big trucks so we go to a park and she enjoys the car rides there.

She loves other dogs! Her foster mom has lots of visitors that bring their dogs and Chloe is in heaven. She is really warming to cuddle and slowly learning that people can be kind! She is super timid but her foster mom says that she has made incredible strides in a very short time! She loves to relax on the couch in the evening with her two other older dogs that live with her foster mom. The suggested adoption donation for Chloe is a minimum of $400 and goes toward the high cost of veterinary care for our rescue dogs.Wag N Train Terrier Rescue adopts to an extended geographical area as long as we can locate a local volunteer to perform the required home visit. Approved adopters are required to travel to Omaha, NE to pick up their newly adopted dog. We do not arrange transport, or fly our rescue dogs without a "pet nanny". A securely fenced yard is necessary to adopt one of our terriers. Please note, invisible or underground fencing is not considered secure or appropriate containment for terriers.Adoption applications can be found at www.wagntrainterrierrescue.com/adoption-information
