Please welcome Benji to PLP! Benji is a healthy 2 Year old Terrier mix. Benji has heart-stopping good looks, accented by his floppy ears. His eyes will melt your heart. He walks great on a leash, is housebroken, loves to greet everyone and loves to give kisses. He is also crate trained. Benji would be perfect in a home with kids since he is patient, kind, loves attention, and wants to be involved in everything his favorite humans do! He is a smart dog who knows commands but he is also very laid back. if you like to chill he'll be happy to snuggle on the couch with you; if you like long walks he will be right by your side! He lives with a cat in his foster home and has lived with other dogs and children. Benji had been living outside in a rural area before coming to us. He was covered in fleas and had missing fur. We have since updated his vetting and he is being treated for Lyme disease. He now lives the good life indoors and his fur is growing back and he feels great. He finishes his meds mid February and will be ready for his forever home! He is neutered, microchipped, just received a 6 mo proheart injection (heartworm preventative) and is current on flea and tick preventative. He comes with leash and collar and all vet records. Benji weighs 42 lbs. Adoption donation is $225.00 . References, home visit, and approved application required.
