My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Atlas is a beautiful 8-month old high drive Mal (fixed) who needs an active home that will continue to build on his current training. He loves to hike, bike and catch Frisbees. He enjoys scent work and finding things you’ve hidden for him. He’s very smart and picks up new commands very quickly. He would do very well at agility, dock diving or really any activity designed for active working dogs.

Atlas is house broken and crate trained. He is well socialized with dogs and people. Atlas spent two days a week up from about 12 weeks until 6 months old in doggy daycare.

He has not been exposed to cats. Atlas has been around children, but we’ve limited his interaction simply because he is easily excited by things that are loud and that run fast. Atlas is still a puppy and can be a bit mouthy. More training in this area is required.

Atlas needs to be with a home that can attend to this active lifestyle. An owner with experience in high drive working dogs is highly recommended.
