My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jersey is an 18 month old cocker spaniel terrier mix. She weighs about 18 pounds. She is a lovable girl who sometimes thinks she is a lap dog. She loves people - but can sometimes be possessive of her things with strange dogs. But as you can see by the pictures, once she gets to know them she does great.

Jersey is house trainded, walks well on a leash, but can jump over the baby gates and fences. She is a sweet, gentle girl, that likes to play, but is just as content being a couch potato. She is mostly white, with some black spots on her ears.

Jersey came to us a very pregnant girl and delivered a litter of 5 beautiful puppies (also available for adoption) at the end of May. Her puppies will soon be old enough for adoption - and so will Jersey.
Before you decide to adopt a dog - please remember that having a canine companion can be expensive! Vet bills run an average of $200 to $300 per year!
