Olivia was owner surrendered to the local city shelter. She belonged to someone who owned a day care, and we believe that she was not treated well at all. Olivia is a sweet dog, once she gets to know you. However, she does need time to bond with you. Olivia will fear bite if she gets scared. Olivia has anxiety. She chooses her playmates and doesn’t care for the ones she doesn’t want to be around. In all honesty, Olivia is not going to be the dog that you can bring home and love on immediately. However, once she bonds with you over two or three days, she will love you forever. Olivia deserves a home, and we are hoping that someone is willing to take the time to make that happen.
