Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Bob (HWTH#20007A). He is a Chihuahua/Dachshund mix, DOB: 1/17/17. Bob weighs 21 pounds and stands 13 inches at the shoulders. He was rescued from the California City Animal Shelter by a volunteer with Halfway to Home. This is a loving little guy who may give you small kisses. He appears to like to be held and may want to be your lap dog if you so choose. Bob will probably be an active dog once he is comfortable in his new Forever home. Lots of love, good-quality human companionship, structure, playtime, regular daily exercise and some training may be necessary for Bob to live up to his full potential as a great canine companion. When Bob is thoroughly settled into his new environment, he will benefit from positive basic obedience training to help with leash training, other obedience commands and the bonding process. Bob appears to be good with other dogs and is crate friendly. For more information on Bob, please call Sandy at tele # 661-824-4495 (this is a land-line phone).
