My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful shaggy dog is part poodle mix. He is approx 4 years and 47 lbs. He has a lot of personality and prances around the yard like a pony. He loves attention and can be a little shy with people to start. He loves to run and play with his buddies and loves playing with his toys. He's a very happy dog and loves to get lots of attention. He does well on a leash and seems to be pretty well house trained. He does have one odd quirks as he likes to stand and growl at several of the large dogs he hangs around with in the rescue. That's all he does and just with a couple of male dogs, he doesn't do it with any of the other dogs. If you tell him no he just goes away. We have no idea why he does this , the dogs just ignore him and after a while he decides to go and play, its just odd and hes always smiling so he seems to think its funny.

He tested positive for heart worms when we first rescued him and was treated with the required number of shots, we usually find that the dogs test negative after 4-6 months beyond treatment
we also started him on heart guard monthly as a preventive ,
