Distinguished gentleman looking for adventurous furever home.
Meet Theo ASF#2529. He's looking for the greatest adventure with a fur sibling to show him the ropes. He's an almost 2 yr old, neutered male. He has the most handsome freckled paws and chocolate eyes.
Theo is full of energy and Aussie mischief when not supervised. He loves to be outside so regular access to the outdoors is a must for his home. Currently, he is outside 6 to 8 times a day in 30 minute to an hour + increments. Typically, he dictates when he comes in, preferring to guard the yard from squirrels but high value treats seem to lure him inside.
When Theo came to me in December he was telling me a story different from the one that I had on paper. It didn't take long to realize that he's really a puppy in an adult body. He needs a confident owner to teach him the rules with patience. Theo has been living with my pack of 4 and having established dogs to show him the way has helped him blossom. Theo is fairly independent, on occasion he comes in for a snuggle but usually he wants to play with a toy or be outside.
Theo is going to make an adventurous person the companion of a lifetime. He has lots of energy for hikes and he knows more tricks than most.
I recommend that he have a fur sibling. No cats or small children. Access to a fenced yard. Crated when not under direct supervision.
Theo is a good dog, neutered, up to date on vaccines and no health issues.
