My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! Please read what my foster says about me. Valentino has a gentle personality and is affectionate. He likes to be held and lay on his human to sleep, take a bath or whatever he feels like. He also follows me around like a shadow. He's gentle when playing with toys and doesn't scratch your hands/arms up like some cats will. He will sleep in the bed with me for some of the night, but he's up and playing off and on during the night hours. He can be an eating machine. I am still working out the food portions, I'm told he's approximately 13 lbs. He is fairly quiet unless hungry and knows you're cooking meat. He doesn't force himself on you if you are eating at a table or on a TV tray. I'm trying to teach him (if that's possible with a cat) not to high jack a human's plate. So far so good. He will play independently with stuffed mice, fuzzy pom poms and strings. He will leave my knitting alone though which is nice - he doesn't try to grab the yarn or get into the knitting bag. He's curious and likes to sniff everything and when he feels safe, he'll turn his belly up to me when we play on the floor. He will scratch furniture so I have double stick wide tape on my chair and sofa. I have a brand new scratcher, but of course the chairs are more fun.
