Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bronte had been wandering a midtown neighborhood for at least 3 months being fed by neighbors. She was impossible to snare - but stayed around for care. On August 6th, she dropped a baby on the lawn. Neighbors observed her giving birth to 12 in the azalea bushes. At this point, mom and babies were collectible. Two of the babies did not survive, but Bronte and her remaining 10 are doing good.
Mom is very uncomfortable (frightened with all that is going on around her) BUT she is gentle, allowed us to carry her and hold her babies.
Mom and kids will be with us and nurtured for approximately 2 months and at that time will be available for adoption. We will keep everyone updated as things progress.
Update: Everyone is doing swell! Bronte is now enjoying walks and a little free time. The babies are adorable and doing very well. They are nursing constantly and were introduced to pablum today 9.2.09. They found it provocative - but still prefer mom! Who can blame them. The individual photos were all taken 9.1.09 and the pups are just over 3 weeks old.
