Lexie is estimated to be around 5 years old and about 15 lbs.
Here is Lexi (Alexandria), she's a sassy, spunky, and energetic (est) 5-year-old Chihuahua mix who's about 15 and a half lbs.
She's a little nervous at first but once she loves you she cannot get enough of you. Does not believe in personal space. Biggest snuggle bug.
She is sassy and loud and let's you know what she wants and when she wants it. She loves her fluffy duck and her bed, and is always excited to go for a W-A-L-K.
While this little sweetheart loves long walks and exploring, she has fantastic leash manners and is incredibly receptive to commands.
She needs a very special home, a little under 3 years ago she was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy. This is very well controlled with her medications but she is going to need those for the rest of her life.
She also needs to go to a child free household. She was treated badly at a previous home, and since then human miniatures are a no-go.
Lexi is excellent with other dogs, cats, kittens, adults (again, little nervous but incredibly food motivated and will do about anything for a treat).
If you would like to inquire more about Lexi, please reach out to Long Way Home so we can connect! To have your home considered for adoption, read about our adoption process or fees, and find out about interstate transport (dogs only), please visit our website.

❤ Long Way Home makes no guarantees on breed--most animals we receive from shelters are mixed breeds. As long as they need rescue, that's what is most important to us.
