Hi - My name is Chloe and I'm a playful, happy puppy! Since I'm part Border Collie, I have a lot of energy, but I do like to cuddle, too. I'd love to be part of an active family and having another dog to play with would be great. My foster mom says I'm going to be a very easy dog to train since I'm so smart.
