Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This little girl is Cali. Life has not been kind to her, so here's hoping good things are coming her way!
Cali is about 10 years old, a red merle Aussie, 37 pounds. She was found in a field, very near death from injuries (animal attack), infection, starvation and anemia. She was probably a puppy mill breeder dog, thrown away when no longer 'productive'. Cali has nice back teeth, but all her front teeth are worn to stubs - probably from biting cage wire. She had massive ear infections. All of her infections have now cleared and she's eating well, up to date on vaccinations, spayed, chipped and on preventatives. Despite her horrific experiences,
Cali is a calm, sweet girl who adores attention, is well behaved, house trained, enjoys leash walks (even long ones!), knows a few commands, and would make a wonderful companion for someone with love to share.
If you would like to give me a warm and loving home for my golden years, I would be forever grateful.
