Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet the sweetest and best baby ever! Six-month-old puppy Fergus is fun, active and very playful!! He loves other dogs and every people he’s ever met too! Fergus was rescued by a Good Samaritan who found him wondering by her house for multiple days. He ran right up to them with kisses and love and he was so happy to have people show him attention. Now in foster care with Jillian of Training To The Rescue, Fergus is putting weight on and so happy to be safe. We aren’t sure what his mix is but we see heeler (blue eyes) maybe some Kelpie or some rat terrier too? Fergus is small, now he only weighs 26lbs but he has about 10lbs to put on! Fergus loves to play, and his fosters have had all kinds of dogs, big and small. He’s been fine with the kitties too so we think cats in his home are fine too. Fergus wants an active family to play with and exercise him and also teach him his basic obedience. He is submissive and totally gets when his puppy-ness gets to be too much for older dogs! He takes correction well (from humans and dogs!) and is smart and easily trained. Just the best little dude ever! This little cutie is house trained and crate trained too. He is a bit playful for toddlers as he is a puppy, but children a bit older will be great because they can play with him. Fergus loves to cuddle and enjoys his naptime after a walk or playtime. He is super affectionate and so so cute!! Long legs, and big ears are just so funny and lovable! Fergus has the coolest eye too: his left eye is blue, his right eye is half brown and half blue! He needs you to perfect his leash training, but he got the hang of the lead super-fast! He has shown no food or toy aggression around either dogs or people. Fergus would do great and benefit from an older dog in his new home so he can learn from them but also have a playmate! Fergus loves being outside and will make a great adventure and exercise puppy when he’s a bit older. Fergus is getting neutered this week and he’s vaccinated and micro-chipped too. For more information about this best baby boy, contact Jillian at trainingtotherescue@gmail.com. Or to complete an adoption event right now, go to www.raincityrescue.com/adopt to complete an online application. This totally terrific pup was so lucky to find love and help and now you’re going to be lucky too when you adopt Fergus! Complete your fun and active family with the addition of super social, super smart and super sweet FERGUS!!
