My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sadly, we have to find a good home for our Henry to happily live out his remaining years in a loving home with adults or older children. Young children would not be a good match, and Henry would prefer no other dogs or an owner who will know how to help him transition to a home with another calm dog. Henry is a 10 yr old lower-energy dog, who is happy to relax with his family. He doesn't require a lot of exercise and will be happy just being with people who will love and care for him. He just needs love and attention that we can no longer give. Henry is used to being alone during the daytime, loves his crate, and is housebroken. Henry has an "innocent heart murmur" that his veterinarian says does not affect his heart health. He is a typical barker - when he hears an unexpected noise or the door bell rings, etc.

He loves playing ball and taking leisurely walks.

For Henry's sake, we will need to screen serious applicants. If interested, please apply!
