My story

Our sweet Brownie is still available for adoption! Read a little bit more about what her foster family has to say about her:

She is doing absolutely wonderful and currently weighs in at 29 lbs! She is about 7 months old and was saved from a horrible starving situation (her and her siblings were left in a field to fend for themselves when they were only a couple months old). You can see her 'before' picture and also see how happy and healthy she is now!

Potty training has been improving daily. Learning to sit by door/ring a bell to go out. She is very food motivated and already does 'sit please' for most things. We're working on 'come', 'crate', and some other basics. She's also extremely smart! She has already conquered several treat puzzles of varying difficulty She would love a family that wants to challenge her!

Brownie is absolutely amazing with other dogs! She is still learning how to play with different sized dogs. She is interested in our cats, but they aren't too interested in her.
She behaves pretty appropriately with them overall! If they hiss and bat her in the face she'll back away or lay down.

Brownie is very playful and energetic, but (and this the best part) settles down just as quickly! As long as the environment around her is managed, she stays out of trouble.
