We rescued this tiny fella from the Riverside shelter after we saw him on the rescue only list. He was terribly matted, but greeted us at the front of his kennel with a tail wag.

Phillip is a 10 year old, 5 lb toy poodle who is happy to be a Lovebug. His days of neglect are far behind him! First in order was a much needed grooming. He had to be shaved down, but that's okay - his curly locks will grow back in soon. We know he's starting to feel like the pampered prince he was always meant to be.

Phillip gets along with other dogs but he especially wants to be with his humans. A home that is home more often than not or likes to take their pooch with them would be ideal. And Phillip is the PERFECT co-pilot weighing in at just 5 lbs!

Phillip's adoption fee is $300 and that includes his neuter, registered microchip, vaccines current, deworming. flea treatment and dental. Apply at www.lovebugrescue.org
