Sugar Plum, 3 mths, lab/cur mix, 5 lbs

Hi I’m Sugar Plum 💜 I came from Texas in early December. Due to my small size (2.5 pounds) when I arrived my foster mom thought it was best that I got bigger before I became available for adoption. Now that I’m big and strong my time has arrived! My foster family completely adores me but, can you blame them?! Just look at me! I know their hearts are going to break when I get adopted but, they have more dogs to save so I know my time with them is just temporary. I’m the BEST snuggle buddy! As soon as I see my foster mom go towards the recliner I prance on over to her and sit like a good girl until she picks me up. Once I’m on her lap I patiently wait for a good movie, blanket and then I’m out for the count. I’m trained on puppy pads right now, since being so small going outside wasn't the best for me in the cold. I do go outside when the weather is nice but that outside world is just so big so I stay very close to my foster mom and don’t do much exploring. I also learned a few tricks like “sit” and “give me paw”. I have 2 large dogs and 3 cats that I share the home with. We all get along great! I spend my time in the house playing in spurts and hanging out in the dog bed chewing on a toy or napping. I’m pretty much the pawfect little puppy.
