I am a male Dachshund/Yorkie mix. I am about 2 years old and weigh 20 pounds. I am neutered, heartworm negative, current on shots, micro chipped, and on flea/heartworm prevention. I am also being treated for intestinal worms. My adoption is $250.
I am one of over 200 animals that were living in a disgusting house here in Orlando. There were 134 dogs and over 30 cats taken into rescue.
I am not well socialized and will take time to become familiar with new people and new surroundings. I might always remain somewhat fearful. I will need patience and understanding to come out of my shell. I need a home with another dog and a fenced yard.
Please email for an application. A New Beginning Pet Rescue, Inc. only accepts cash. We do not have the ability to accept credit or debit cards and no longer accept checks. The pets are available to be seen at our adoption events on weekends at the PetSmart in Altamonte Springs on Saturdays from 12-4:30 and sometimes Sundays as well.
