RUSTY is approx. 2 years old and he was dumped and found running around the streets in a rural area one hour outside of Houston. He was very shy and difficult to catch. Once he was catched and slowly he blossomed and showed how a sweet and great puppy he is. He is very sweet and friendly with all dogs and cats but he is unsecure with people and environments that he does not know so he will be happier in a house with an enclosed yard and in a routine. He could try to escape at beginning until he knows you so he will need a lot of love to help him in his transition. Rusty will love to live with other dogs and be busy like border collies are. He knows to walk on a leash, crate trained and loves to play with toys. He learns fast and it will be ideal for someone that can help him built his confidence.
