My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pretty Girl lives up to her name. She is pretty and sweet, and she is well behaved and good on the leash. She has had puppies in her past, but that is behind her now. She was brought to the shelter 1/2 by her former owner who said they were moving and had no room for her. They said she is good with kids, other dogs cats and house trained. She is about 5 years old and 55 pounds. She will be spayed, microchipped upon aodption. Pretty Girl is waiting to meet you in run 825. ID 620245. Unfortunately she has tested positive for heart worms, but is being treated for them at the shelter. You will need to follow up with your veterinarian as well.

Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. If this pet came in as lost (not an owner surrender), we don't know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.
