Wags came in with Tizzy as strays. The humane officer has been told that they were owned by someone who was a breeder and who didn't really take good care of them. After nobody came for them during their 5-day stray hold, they were presented to rescue Paws Across Pittsburgh. Tizzy, a white female between 1-2 years old, appears to have had a litter of puppies not too long ago. She has a sad look in her eyes, as does Wags. The two seem to be bonded, so they have been kept together at the shelter. Tizzy came in weighing 9.2 pounds and Wags weighed 11.7 pounds. Wags is black with some white hair and is also between 1-2 years old and unaltered. The shelter is no place for these sweet little furbabies, for they get afraid with all of the big dogs and loud barking and being left alone in the kennel. They need laps and attention and loving. They need to know they are safe and be comfortable enough to curl up and relax. Let's get them to rescue and give them a chance to start over! The deserve a better life!
