Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chester’s Story
DOB 5/14/17
Chester was found as a stray by a Good Samaritan. He was taken to the vet for exam and found to be a healthy male, but tested positive for the FIV virus. Chester is a loving, affectionate, friendly boy. He does well with other cats, dogs, and humans (even kids).
Chester has no symptoms of his viral infection and FIV positive cats can live a normal, long, healthy life. The virus is not transmitted to humans. According to a study at Purdue University Vet School, the virus is not transferred to FIV negative cats. They can share food and water bowls, and use the same litter box.
Chester is current on vaccinations and has been neutered. Please give Chester a chance to find his forever home.
