Arrival Story: This handsome fella was spotted at the Macomb County Animal Control where he was brought in as a stray and never claimed by his owner.

Approximate Age/Weight: 1 year old / 80 lbs.

Personality: Apollo brings a smile to everyone’s face that he meets. His physique is a bit majestic and sometimes the way he carries himself, we think he may just know it. Apollo loves attention and getting pets. He’ll give kisses and enjoys a good snuggle, too. Food/treats are a great motivator for Apollo and he enjoys a good walk/run. Peanut butter filled kong is a favorite toy. Our boy is great at the vet’s office and learning that car rides are fun.

Apollo attends doggy daycare and likes to spend time with canine friends.

Forever Home: Apollo would love a person / family that is active and likes to go for walks, play and snuggle. No electric fences, please.
