My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dasher - this dog has it all...a charming personality, love of playing, and of course his dashing looks. He is ready for his forever home and looking for someone who's ready for his enthusiasm for life! Dasher is a 1 yr old red merle, about 45#. He's a young boy who still has many of his fun puppy mannerisms.

Dasher loves to play with toys and other dogs. He is a fast learner and will need an active owner who will teach him fun stuff and keep him active with hiking, jogging or dog sports. Without an outlet for his energy, he may be too much for some other less active dogs. He just loves to play! Dasher loves car rides and going for walks. He still pulls on leash, so needs to continue to work on this skill. He's currently being trained with a gentle leader. He will require a fenced yard. Dasher is house trained and crate trained. He's a super friendly guy but we are recommending no small children just because of his energy level. He is up to date on all vaccinations, microchipped and Heartworm negative. He is being fostered in the St. Louis MO area.
