Here's what the humans have to say about me:
*** Scheduled to be available for adoption in February ***
Darla was one of the 200,000 - 400,000 stray dogs roaming the Navajo reservation, was recently picked up in a sweep by Navajo Nation Animal Control, and we pulled her from a NNAC holding facility. For the drive, she was put in a cage with a little puppy about 4-5 weeks old who was going to another rescue group. The baby slept through most of the drive, but would periodically wake up and cry. When he did, Darla would lick him until he fell back to sleep. That's how sweet and loving this girl is. She doesn't know a stranger, gets along great with dogs, and is neutral with cats. Darla will be available for adoption in February.
