Jack is one very sweet little Border Collie, but he's very timid of men. Unfortunately, for Jack, his life should have been good over his first 2.5 years, but as with so many others like him, he landed in the wrong hands. Jack is a 3 year old, purebred, pricked eared, Border Collie. He is extremely loving, but also very shy. Jack was not been treated very well in his past, and takes time to warm up to people. He also, if nervous of the situation, will nervously urinate. This is almost non existent now that he is comfortable with us, and trusts us, but we are sure this will be repeated when meeting his new human companion. Jack is very small for a male BC, weighing only 35lbs, and he is only 18, at his shoulders. He does suffer from separation anxiety, and has never been left alone. Jack loves car rides, is crate trained, and completely housebroken. He is very active, will require someone who can be with him most of the time, and will excel with someone who can give him lots and lots of brain stimulating exercise. This guy loves to hike, bike, roller blade, or just go for long walks. He is not for the couch potato, or anyone who believes a couple of leash walks a day is enough. Jack attends K9HQ Doggy Plus Daycare twice a week, to refine his skills about being a dog. Application, Homecheck, Interviews, and References are required. All dogs are adopted with a MINIMUM One Year Foster requirement. WE DO NOT SHIP
