ROXY is a super special gal. Roxy has lots of obedience training and great house manners. With that said we still crate her for short periods so she does not decide to redecorate the house or yard if she gets bored. She was an owner surrender due to time and the couple traveling too much. Because of that we know her history and she was a loved and cared for pup. Her Parents have 'hip certifications' and she is completely vetted.
We are going to be very selective about her placement as we are with all our pups. We would like an active family that will take her running hiking or LONG walks. She does well with kids but is a big girl and may bump too hard :)
She does well with other balanced dogs that WANT to play. We are looking for a home where she will not be crated all day while you at work. a BIG YARD ( NO APT OR CONDOS PLEASE) We would love for her training to continue and have her receive her CGC Certificate (Canine Good Citizen) She is ready! She is young and still has a puppy side so if there are adults in the house that are balance challenged she will not work in that environment. Roxy is reactive to horses so NO HORSES :)
This is a remarkable young dog that will bond fast. We do not allow any negative reinforcemnt tools such as PRONG, PINCH CHAIN, or ELECTRONIC COLLARS. We also ask that she not attend dog parks because of possible reactive dogs or diseases.
Yes, we are SUPER careful with our placements but we have promised them this.
