Found wandering my neighborhood. Has a microchip (he was named Tobi) updated in 2017, probably when he was adopted as a kitten. Registered owner did not respond to repeated contacts.

-is sweet, sensitive, smart;
-is quiet, undemanding, and unaggressive; avoids confrontation;
-loves to be petted; enjoys just hanging out with his people;
-is independent but sticks close to home; would be a good indoor/protected backyard cat;
-would probably do best in a relatively quiet home (no small children or aggressive pets).
