Toby is a very special boy with the heart of a Lion. He was found dragging himself across a parking lot after having been hit by a car. He had very serious trauma. His will to live is an inspiration to all who have met him. Toby is incontinent and needs a loving family to look past that and fall in love with his sweet face, and loving disposition.
