Atlantis is a sweet 4 year old terrier mix weighing in at only 10 pounds. ATLANTIS is a beauty and very curious about everything. Her brindle coat just shines in the sunlight when we go out for our walks and she has a proud walk and occasionally skips one one leg or the other. This little girl gets along with almost everyone-adults and all the neighbor dogs. She is still a little hesitant about younger children but is ok with them after they quiet down about wanting to pet her. Her new blanket and squeaky toys are her favorite possessions. She eats well, loved her bath and sleeps through the night in her crate. She will make a wonderful family pet.
Atlantis is UTD on vaccinations, is microchipped, dewormed, given flea and tick prevention and has been fixed. This furbaby is currently being fostered in Schaumburg, IL and would love to find afurever home! If you can't adopt, please consider a donation care made directly to the rescue via paypal or contact us at info@rescuewarriorscorp.org. We will do our best to respond to any and all requests and contacts as soon as possible, but we are a 100% volunteer run rescue. It is great because that means we can keep our adoption prices low because we are not paying salaries, but all of our volunteers do have families and "real" jobs in order to support our passion of saving animals from euthanasia often just days or hours before they are scheduled to be put to sleep. That being said, one of us are going to do our best to contact via email or by phone within 48 hours of any inquiry. It is not uncommon that when you have made the decision to add to your family and committing to adopting a rescue dog that you are very excited, we just ask that you be patient with us.
