Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Tylar. This beautiful little girl was recently rescued from the streets of Brooklyn along with her littermate, and almost identical sister, Tippy. These two grey tabby girls have been living in my home while I help them to each to find the perfect forever home. Although a bit shy at first, Tylar quickly showed her true colors as the ultimate cuddly kitty. She purrs and purrs from the moment she discovers a leg to rub against, or a lap to sit in…What an amazing little sweetheart she has become!!
Tylar is right around 3 ½ months old. She has passed her kitten physical, been fully vetted and neutered, and is now ready to find her purr-fect forever home! Tylar has the most beautiful markings and big, beautiful eyes that will stare adoringly at you everyday if given the chance. Trust me—she uses this trick to charm me more and more every day!
Tylar has been exposed to other cats and a dog during her time in my home and has become a well-adjusted and social little lady! She loves to romp and play on her own or with her sister (especially if it involves stalking the furry mice that I have to buy in bulk from the pet store!!!)! After a good play session she also loves to find another two-legged or four-legged friend and cuddle up for a nice long snooze. This kitty truly provides the best of both worlds…a true blue loveable, playful, kissable feline companion!
Tylar received an A+ at her vet check up. She tested negative for FELV/FIV, received her first FVRCP vaccine (the second vaccine will be given before she goes into her new home), has been dewormed, and is flea free. She has also been neutered which is a huge plus.
If you are interested in welcoming a new kitty (or two) into your home please consider adopting Tylar (and/or her sister, Tippy). Whether adopted with her sister or on her own, Tylar is sure to provide years of joy and unconditional love to whomever is lucky enough to bring her home!!
If you would like to find out more about Tylar, or schedule a time to meet her, please contact: donnaerhardt@optonline.net or call (917) 691-9466. Thanks for thinking of a rescued cat!
