Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Everyone meet Capone! This stud is 9 months old and just a big sweetheart who has no idea of his size. Capone was given up by his family when they lost their home and had no other choice but to surrender him as they are leaving the country. Capone was never socialized as a pup with other dogs so we are currently working on that with him he has gotten better but still has a long way to go. His new family we would highly suggest getting a trainer to help this big boy continue his socialization. He is very smart and is eager to please. Capone is 100% house trained, loves going on car rides, and loves to just lay by your side at home. Capone does fine with other dogs after a little but we do again recommenced a trainer who specialize in bully breeds. He currently fosters with two pit bulls and a French Bulldog which he has no problems with all he wants to do is play but it took him some time to warm up to them. Due to him never being socialized he thinks every dog wants to fight so is always tense when meeting new dogs but with the proper training he will be fine he’s still a baby and has a lot to learn. Capone loves children, great with people and just a total big baby. This boy would do amazing in a home that understands he will need time to adjust and will help him with that. He would love a family that has a yard he can play in with his toys (he loves his toys!) pictures do not do this big boy any justice it does not capture his actual size. In the many years of doing Corso rescue Capone is by far the largest we have ever seen. If you would like to add this big goofy boy to your home please email us telling us about your family, home, lifestyle, and prior bully breed experience. We do NOT adopt on first come first serve basis. We will only adopt to a home with experience. Capone is not for a first time dog owner.
Capone can be adopted to a home with another dog however you would need a trainer to help him overcome the first initial greet. He is amazing with dogs once he gets to know them however he was never socialized so is more fearful and tenses up when meeting new dogs.
Fee: 650 utd on shots, microchipped, neutered, house trained.
