My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Angel!  Born around October 2012, this cuddle bunny is Pyrfectly sized at 80 pounds.  She has the perfect balance of playfulness and laziness.  She will mesmerize you with her big, beautiful eyes!

She is an absolute sweetheart!  She is very calm and polite when meeting new people; she immediately loves them wants to be their best friend!  Her favorite thing is snuggling with her humans.  It takes her no time at all to settle happily into a new home.

Angel is so well-mannered.  She has great house manners and doesn’t get up on furniture unless invited.  She is house trained and crate trained.  She walks well on leash and knows basic commands.

She has a few non-Pyr habits – she comes when called, is good about following direction, and doesn’t bark very much!

Angel would do well with another dog companion in her forever home.  She appreciates proper introductions to other canines, and she likes those who keep a respectable distance from her face.  She might also be fine as an only dog if she gets plenty of quality time with her humans.

If there are children in her forever home, they should be old enough to always behave politely with her.  She doesn’t like kids getting close to her face.

Angel one-of-a-kind doll who is a wonderful companion.  Her perfect forever home would be relatively peaceful, have a nice yard where she can lay and watch the world go by, and have doting humans who never tire of giving her belly scratches and behind-the-ear scratches.

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere. All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention. Please go to our website www.SpinRescue.org and fill out an application for this great Great Pyrenees!
