My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lucy aka (Lucille Ball)
Lucy came to Because of You Rescue a couple months ago and boy was she hot mess with severe hair loss a huge mass on her back and no sense of human love .
But today she is thriving at her foster mommas home where she is learning to just dog . She loves to snuggle and even loves her fur family .
She learned to use a doggie door to potty isn’t completely potty trained (she will tinkle on area rugs) she’s still learning but has caught on quick .
Did I mention she is a kleptomaniac ? All and any toys are taken to her favorite spot in the house as well a socks and undies so a home that doesn’t mind a little slobber on things would best.
She does well on a leash and enjoy kids and humans of all ages , since she is still learning manners when getting treats she would do best with older children.
She loves her humans so much that sometimes she get jealous of the other dogs when they’re getting attention and will growl but she is submissive if challenged .
I don’t know what Lucy’s life was like before but judging from what she looked like my guess she was a hunting dog that lived in a kennel outdoors her whole life and she was bred at least once before .

Lucy loves to play with other doggies and shows no food aggression. Cats are unknown
Lucy is spayed and up to date on vaccinations,microchipped and on flea and heartworm preventions.
Who can open up their home and their hearts for this so deserving gal ?
